Swiss-American astrologer. He spent his childhood in Geneva, Switzerland, and studied there. Then he returned to the US where he lived until the early 1950ies, first on the east, later the west coast. In 1954, he met Germaine Holley, and formulated together with her an "experimental astrology", researching mostly meaning of the two out-most planets Neptune and Pluto. he assigned them to Pisces. Together with Holley, he published several books (in French).
Vouga died on 21 May 1963 in Vevey, Switzerland.
