Biography
Vance is an American trial lawyer. In 2012, he was the incumbent New York County District Attorney (Manhattan).
Vance came under criticism by the media in 2011 for his handling of the Dominique Strauss-Kahn sexual assault case, where the French head of the International Monetary Fund was arrested based on the accusations of an employee of the Sofitel hotel.
