Biography
American television and radio script writer. He started his radio career in 1948 and had moved into television by 1951. For five years he hosted television's "Twilight Zone." In 1970 he began writing and hosting "Night Gallery." Serling won a total of six Emmy Awards. A WW II paratrooper and made over 60 jumps. Serling was married and had two daughters.
He died from complications following heart surgery, 6/28/1975.
