French politician, veterinarian, former number two of the organization Greenpeace International . He was elected President of the association Planète Urgence 19 April 2012.
He received his veterinary degree at the National Veterinary School in Lyon in 1981 and opened his first veterinary clinic on the Vercors plateau in 1984.
