Biography

American noted family, the son of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal; companions for the previous five years. His parents separated when he was 12.

May 1998 found Redmond expelled from his posh, private middle school in Santa Monica for possession of marijuana in his locker. It's not the first time he's been involved in illegal substances, bragging about being able to get joints from his dad and that his mom supposedly keeps a stash at home for her personal use. He has been known to make gross sexual remarks at home, propositioning Farrah's secretary and groping a maid in a simulated sex act. His parents decided to send Redmond to school in Texas where he would be closer to Jim, his grandpa, and his wife. About six months later, in November 1998, Redmond was arrested for possession of marijuana at a Malibu, CA mini-mart. He was a complete renegade whom his mom was not able to control and was living with his dad at the time of the incident.

At 15, Redmond was sent to a tough Mexican boot camp-style school for a year with an admission fee of $42,000 a year.

In 2005, age 20, Redmond pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and methamphetamine. On 26 January 2008, Redmond was arrested in Malibu, Ca. for DUI and felony possession of heroin and methamphetamine. On 17 September 2008, Redmond and his dad Ryan O'Neal were arrested together at their home in Malibu, for possession of methamphetamine.

On 5 April 2009, while on probation, Redmond was arrested in the parking lot of a Los Angeles jail and charged with attempting to smuggle drugs into the detention facility.
