Biography
British astrologer, Mr. R. H. Penny who wrote under the alias "Neptune," as was the custom of the day. Of middle stature, pale complexion, he had black hair combed straight back and dark, sharp eyes. He was sincere and abstemious. He was married with one son, who died upon reaching adulthood.
