Biography
American homicide, shot and killed his wife at their home in Burbank, CA.
A compulsive gambler, Dan was deeply in debt and felt that he could resolve his financial problems by cashing in on the large insurance policy he had taken out for his wife. He shot and wounded himself to give his story credibility that a home invader had committed the murder.
Dan had served time for armed robbery before. With a remarkable limit of intelligence, he had written a robbery note on the back of his (stamped) deposit slip at a bank he robbed.
