I can't find my purchased E-Horoscope. Can you resend it?
Your purchased E-Horoscopes are stored in your "My Astro" profile. Please go
to My Astro and
click on "Purchased E-Horoscopes and
subscriptions" and then on the link "show all orders".
Please note that your E-Horoscopes will only be stored for 6 months after
activation. Therefore, we recommend that you save the E-Horoscope on your
computer or have it sent to you by e-mail so that you can access it later.

Why do I need to enter my home address if I order an E-Horoscope? The e-mail
address should be sufficient.
We need your mail address for legal reasons:
a) to prove to Swiss tax authorities that it is a service exported to outside
Switzerland
b) our contract with Visa and Mastercard requires that we know the customer's
address.
