Frequently asked questions

Short Reports > Personal Portrait

  1. Why do some of the interpretations in my Portrait contradict each other?

The free horoscopes do not contain a synthesis of your chart, but interpret each individual factor in your horoscope. Naturally there are some contradictions - nobody is free of them. There is a bit of truth in all the different sides of your personality. You will have to create the synthesis yourself.
Please, read the introduction to your Personal Portrait for more information.
If you would like an in-depth analysis (and synthesis) of your personality, please order Liz Greene's "Psychological Horoscope Analysis" which is a high quality AstroIntelligence report.

  2. Why are some planets interpreted in the "wrong" house?

Astrology uses a variety of methods. And especially with houses, there is a multitude of different styles of calculation and interpretation. Some astrologers choose to interpret a planet which is very near the end of one house in the next house. Robert Pelletier is one of them.

  3. The tone of the interpretations is sometimes quite negative. Can't you write more cheerful things?

We are aware that the interpretations by Pelletier are sometimes rather 'straight forward'. But there is also a certain value in his blunt, no-nonsense interpretations.
We do have an ongoing project of editing his text to take off the edges.
