The two final chapters of "Career and Vocation" deal with the way you work together with your colleagues in your everyday working life, and what success means to you personally.One of the most important factors to consider in terms of your direction in life is how you work with others. Everyone has his or her own style of relating in the working environment; everyone has different needs and requirements. VI. What Success Really Means to You When people speak of "success", they generally mean a position of importance in the world's eyes, or a job that yields lots of money and all the material pleasures and comforts that implies. But success, in terms of the deeper issue of vocation, is a highly individual thing that means different things to different people.
