End of January 2012 until end of November 2013: This influence can have considerable dangers if you do not handle it properly. Its great energies can be used for constructive effort, however, through which you can accomplish a great deal. The problem is that it arouses ego energies either in you directly or in another person who can affect you, which can be very difficult if the energies are frustrated.

If you are affected directly, this influence can stimulate your ambitions and make you want to get ahead at any cost. Positively, this gives you the ability to work incredibly hard for long hours to achieve your objectives. In fact, if you are not careful, you can work so hard that you become physically exhausted, leaving yourself open to illnesses and physical breakdown. You hardly feel fatigue and weariness until it is too late. Use your tremendous energy, but be sure not to overdo it!

A much more dangerous possibility, however, is that you might work toward your personal ends - success, power, fame or whatever - without any regard for those around you. You may pay no attention to people who disagree with you, whether they oppose you outright or whether they think you are wrong and are trying to set you right. You will lose the benefit of potentially good advice from those who would help you, and you will win the undying hatred of your opponents. Enemies you make at this time will eventually have the power to damage you, even if they don't have it now.

There is some danger of accidents under this influence, almost always because of frustrated energy within you. Obviously the solution is to express any anger and resentment that you feel and communicate with the people who are important to you about your feelings. Uranus conjunction Mars: Explosive energies

Beginning of June 2012 until mid-February 2014: This influence calls forth very potent energies that can be quite disruptive, but they must be handled. Any effort to sidestep the issues that this influence raises could be disastrous, because it represents explosive forces that may break out in any area of your life.

On the psychological level, you may be much more irritable than usual and prone to outbursts of anger. Conditions in your life that you have put up with for years, even though they are wrong, now become intolerable. You simply will not allow them to continue. Even limitations imposed from without that always seemed quite reasonable now seem completely impossible to bear.

What you are feeling is the need to assert your individuality against all the forces that have been blocking its expression in the past. You want to be yourself and have your individuality recognized for what it is, not for what others expect it to be. You want to do things immediately that you have never done before.

With some degree of care and moderation, this energy can be used quite creatively. It is imperative that you release the tensions you are feeling now. Suppressing this energy will only lead to worse problems.

End of November 2012 until mid-September 2013: During this time your mind, point of view and styles of thinking and communicating have reached a point of stability. You are quite secure in them, for you know how and what you think about most things. This is not a time of change but of preparing to use your mind. Consequently it is an excellent time for any task requiring mental discipline and hard work, such as study, schooling or learning any new mental discipline. It is not a very good time for activities requiring great inspiration, intuitive insight and creativity. You will get results through hard work and scholarly methods, not through "divinely" inspired insight.

This influence favors planning and organization of various aspects of your life. You have a definite sense of order in mind, which you can make manifest in your life. This is a good time to put your ideas into practice on the material level and to carry out long-standing plans. If you have planned a project, this is a good time to do it.

With this influence there is a danger that you will let your ideas and opinions become too rigid. It is important that your ideas acquire definite form and stability at this time, because in the future they will be challenged very strongly. You must be reasonably definite and sure of yourself in order to withstand the challenges. But rigidity will only make those times worse, because your thinking will have to be flexible, no matter how certain you are now that you are right.

This influence can encompass many different types of educational experience. For example, you might take up the study of astrology or other occult techniques of mind expansion and self- understanding.

This influence can also present an opportunity for travel, but you should expect an exciting rather than a relaxing trip. In the course of your travels some of your cherished ideas about life may be upset, but that should not be too disturbing. One effect of this influence is to make you want to change your views in order to experience life in a new and richer manner.

This influence can produce sudden runs of good luck. Taking chances at this time may pay off, and long shots may come through.
