End of January 2012 until end of November 2013: This is a period of profound emotional experiences, which should be extremely positive and creative for your overall growth and evolution. You are concerned with making your life more profound and emotionally rewarding. No longer satisfied with living at the surface, you want to feel in your heart everything that until now you have understood only with your mind. At the same time your mental understanding will become more profound because it will be based on intuition as well as on logic. This deepening experience of life will affect your relationships as well. In fact it may very well bring about an important new relationship, which may or may not be sexual. In any case you can be sure it will be emotionally profound and a positive learning experience in which you will discover a great deal about your inner psyche.

Even your existing relationships will now have a great deal more emotional content than they have had and will become the source of much self-discovery. Again you need have little fear for the stability of these relationships.

The most important discovery you will make about yourself during this time concerns the workings of your subconscious patterns, the unconscious habits and patterns that you carry from your past. This is an excellent time for psychotherapy or other consciousness-expanding therapies. It is not that you need them necessarily, but they would be extremely effective at this time.

In your personal and home life you will have a chance to make positive changes. You can make repairs, construct new buildings and generally expand your activities. Your home life should be deeper and more emotionally rewarding now than at other times. This is often a good time for buying real estate, especially if you plan to live on it.

Saturn opposition Sun: Low energies

Beginning of November 2012 until beginning of August 2013: This may be a very discouraging time. Your vital energies are pretty low, and you may feel quite incapable of dealing with the adversities that often accompany this influence.

These adversities may come from a number of sources. First of all, other people, particularly persons in authority, may oppose your plans in several areas. This is not usually a good time for successfully attaining your goals.

You may feel physically tired, as if the burdens of your life are too much for you. Quite commonly during this time people feel old, and there is a profound sense of world-weariness. Be careful of your health and conserve your energies.

Your ambitions may also be thwarted by circumstances or by other people. Even though you and your associates have the best intentions for your future, something seems to block you.

It is possible that you may be caught in some kind of relationship, for example, a bad marriage or love affair, that limits your self-expression. Quite frequently this influence brings such relationships to an end.

This period is best dealt with by understanding that it is part of a natural cycle in your life. Nothing is gained by fighting it; instead you must learn to flow with it. This influence represents a period of endings which will be followed by new beginnings. The problem is to avoid being discouraged and frustrated by the endings. Soon you will have the opportunity to begin new projects that will build up to new peaks of achievement in about fourteen years.

Saturn opposition Venus: Adversities

Mid-November 2012 until end of August 2013: This influence often signifies a crisis in your personal relationships. Love seems harder to come by, and you may cool off toward those who used to be dear to you. Or they may cool off. This is a period of testing old relationships to find out whether they can survive and make a contribution to your life. It is rather difficult to establish new relationships, for this is a time for culminating the old, not beginning anew.

This influence indicates that your need for relationships is in strong conflict with your need to feel like a distinct, separate and definite individual. Either you are such an individualist in your relationships that others find it difficult to relate to you, or the relationships smother your sense of individuality. You may feel very lonely even in the presence of your loved ones, because a wall has been built up between you and them.

It is absolutely essential to reexamine your relationships at this time to determine exactly your rights, duties and obligations and those of your partner. Probably you have been trespassing upon each other's prerogatives, and the tension that this causes has led to your current difficulties.

One common manifestation of this influence is becoming involved in a relationship that makes very heavy demands on you. Although you would rather not be involved in it, you find it difficult to break out of. All you can do in this case is to persist and do whatever you have to do. If you simply abandon this relationship, you will almost immediately encounter another relationship like it, and another and another until you live one of them through.

This may also be a time of material and financial adversity. Here again you will have to examine your past attitudes toward material resources and perhaps change your whole orientation toward them. Try getting along with less; you may find that you need less than you had thought.

Neptune sextile Sun: Selflessness

Mid-March 2013 until beginning of January 2015: Under this influence, concern for others in your immediate circle will become a much more important part of your life. You will begin to realize the significance of friends and how important they are to you, and you will be less interested in getting your own way with them. Concerned about their welfare, you are willing to work for them if necessary. This belief may extend beyond your personal friends to groups you are associated with. Group ideas and values may be more important to you than your own.

Spiritual concerns are also more important to you at this time than they have been before. This may mean that you will become involved in an organized religion or one of the other cults that have sprung up in recent times. Or you may travel on an individual spiritual path by yourself, depending upon what is the most appropriate approach for you. At this time you are able to devote your basic energies to transcending the limitations you have always accepted in life. If you work toward this goal, you can achieve great understanding.

Under this influence you may work to assist people who are less fortunate than yourself or for causes you believe in. If so, you may act very selflessly, without thought for your own personal gain. It is not that you don't care about yourself but that you identify with the goals of the people you are helping. You perceive that you are much more than the self within your body, as you had thought in the past.

During this time you will be much more sensitive to the world around you, so it might be a good idea to retire temporarily to a place where you can meditate upon your life in peace unless your everyday environment provides this opportunity. You won't suffer terribly if you cannot retire in this way, but you will not get the most benefit from this influence.

Jupiter conjunction Descendant: Mutual growth

From 10 June 2013 until 18 June 2013: During this period you seek to grow in various ways through your closest contacts with other people. You try to create relationships that will further your life, not in a spirit of selfishness, but in a desire for mutual growth. Often at this time a person will come into your life who offers to help you out in some way, usually through a partnership.

In any kind of business, for example, this is an extremely good time to enter into a partnership or a contract with someone. In your personal life, you will work more closely than usual with someone, which will work out very well for you both. If other indications are compatible, you may meet someone who will be important to you romantically, but that is not the usual result of this influence.

This is also an excellent time to seek out someone for counseling, especially a lawyer, but also any other kind of counselor. Related to this, incidentally, is that if you have a case in court at this time, it will work out as you want it to.

A marriage or intimate relationship should work better than usual now. You and your partner will be anxious to help each other grow and to further each other's interests in all possible ways. You do not want to restrict your partner or be restricted by her in any possible way. Because you understand the need for freedom of individual self-expression within your relationship, you will try to find ways to bring that about. If your relationship is not working out very well in general, this influence can have either of two effects. It can either bring a time of healing in the relationship so that it ceases to be such a problem, or it can make your desire for freedom so strong that you break off the relationship altogether. At any rate, the problems themselves will cease. And a relationship that does break up under this influence (this only applies to one that is on the rocks) will do so relatively amicably.

End of August 2013 until end of April 2014: This is a time of balance and equilibrium in your life, when all your affairs seem to run smoothly and without much effort on your part. It is a time when you can relax and take it easy for a while, knowing that your life is in good working order. This is also a time when growth seems to occur without much effort - growth in consciousness, in your social life or wherever you feel that personal growth is important.

But this is not really a time when you should just enjoy yourself. You should do that, to be sure, but you should also be examining your life to see what needs to be done. It is important to think this way now because the equilibrium that is characteristic of this period enables you to look about yourself with reasonable calm and detachment. It is much harder to achieve a perspective when you are in the middle of some major and possibly chaotic change.

This is a good time to achieve perspective in all possible senses of the word. It is a good time for education, either formal or informal, for getting in touch with yourself through self-awareness studies, or for seeing the larger world through travel.

Business transactions or negotiations are also favored now. Legal affairs also usually run quite smoothly.
