You may feel unusually discouraged at this time, because your vitality is at a low point. It may be best not to struggle too hard against any adversity that comes into your life now. Patience and perseverance will carry you through until your energy level is up again.

Authority figures may prove difficult to deal with. You may find that they are not receptive to your plans or suggestions, that they resist your efforts. It is advisable to work patiently to bring them around to your point of view. Don't withdraw from the confrontation, but don't fight blindly. That would guarantee defeat.

This period of your life is directly linked to a time seven years ago, a time of new beginnings for you. This time now is made especially difficult by the fact that many of these projects have been going quite well, and the current difficulties seem totally unexpected.

However, this is a period of trial, which will demonstrate whether or not those new beginnings were valid. Anything invalid is likely to fall by the wayside. You will probably regard it as a failure. Saturn opposition Uranus: Obvious steps

Mid-December 2012 until beginning of October 2013: This influence can have two different effects. Either you will succeed in making your life an original statement of your uniqueness, or you will be in a state of extreme tension because of forces that are constantly obstructing your self-expression. Most people experience the latter effect, at least in part. From time to time almost everyone settles into patterns that are quite rigid and inappropriate to themselves.

All around you are persons whom you are involved with and structures that you created, representing your efforts to build order and predictability into your life. But you are not a static organism, and you need creative change to keep you alive. At this time you are likely to feel that your life structures are oppressive. The most structured aspects of your life, such as your job, your marriage and relationships and your daily routine, are all potential sources of trouble, insofar as they have become dull routines.

You are irritated by people who try to tell you what to do. You feel that you have had enough, and you may be tempted to throw everything away and leave. This influence very often breaks up marriages and other relationships that have become dull, oppressive and routine. However, even the best relationships may have to be substantially redefined at this time. Don't try to sit back, grin and bear it. Some steps obviously have to be taken, but the trick is to take them calmly and not fly off the handle. It is necessary only to make changes, not to wreck everything.

The readjustments you make now can go a long way toward making your life more interesting. Achieving a balance between order, discipline and predictability on the one side and and original experience on the other is one of the greatest challenges in life.

From 2 May 2013 until 12 May 2013: During this period you feel good and project warm positive energies out into the world. This in turn affects your relationships very positively and enables you to encounter people who can be good for you precisely because you are good for them. In all transactions with others you will give and receive in equal measure.

Personal relationships expand under this influence. If you have been living in a relatively small circle of friends and acquaintances, you will expand your circle and meet people whom you wouldn't ordinarily, possibly including the rich and famous or people in power. Just be careful that you don't become involved with these people for superficial reasons; make sure that you can grow through them. The fact that a person is socially significant may not have any relevance to your relationship.

The basis for all this is that in a very real sense you are growing and taking more and more of the outer world into your personal sphere. You are trying to include more of the world in your experience. Properly handled, this process can make you a much wiser and more mature individual. This influence particularly stimulates mental activity. Your mind is sharpened, and your interest in the world around you is increased. You feel ready for anything, as long as it is exciting and different. Your conversations with other people, even those whom you meet every day, become more interesting.
