End of January 2012 until end of November 2013: This is a period of general regeneration, which may not be entirely pleasant. Most of us are attached to the past whether or not it is good for us. And this influence will root out precisely those elements of the past that are not good for you, even those aspects that you have forgotten about. Problems that you may have lost track of entirely but which are still working unconsciously in your life may reappear and become active now, usually but not always to your detriment.

This influence is associated with forces for change that are inherent within the hidden depths of things. Therefore you should not blame the unpleasant changes that occur now on circumstances or persons in your environment. Look within yourself to see how the groundwork for the present is laid in the past.

Many things may be destroyed at this time, and the destruction will be ruthless if you defend them with rigidity. The action of this influence upon unyielding entities is particularly harsh. Therefore you should simply allow the things of the past to fade and allow the future to be born on their ruins. If you can do this, the potential for positive change is very great.

This influence may also increase your concern about the creative and regenerative processes within the universe and cause you to become interested in the occult. However, certain aspects of the occult, such as magic, are best avoided during this time, because the energies involved will be difficult to control now. Although your conscious mind may be in control at first, you are likely to find that entirely unconscious forces within you have taken over and are running you completely. This can have disastrous consequences.

You may also get into severe power struggles with people who are trying to prevent the changes in your life or who are trying to expedite changes that you are resisting. Look very carefully to ascertain which category they are in.

Uranus square Moon: "Crazy"

End of April 2013 until end of March 2014: This influence will create tensions and sudden changes in your personal and emotional life. Every little tension that you have suppressed over the last several years will suddenly seem to surface and demand to be released in some way. In your close relationships, such as to parents and partner, problems that you have been ignoring may reach the point that you have to deal with them. In an intimate relationship, this influence can have the effect of either you or your partner suddenly breaking away and seeking a relationship elsewhere. But that would happen only if the tension between you has been very severe and neither of you has been doing anything about it. In any case, you may have to make some changes in the demands you have been making upon each other.

Your domestic life may be the source of considerable upsets now. There may be accidents in the home, a sudden need for house repairs, or other sudden problems on this front. Certainly this is not a good time to buy a home, because what you look for now will not reflect your usual needs. If you are forced to buy a new home or to change residence at this time, go ahead, but be very careful. The energy of the influence has already worked itself out by disrupting your previous home and forcing you to move.

In general, you are seeking more emotional freedom at this time. If you can, change your existing relationships so that they embody what you are looking for. Otherwise, if you seek out new relationships, your personal life may be more disrupted than you want. Men in particular should be wary of this influence, because their attitudes toward women may be rather unstable now, which can result in upsetting relationships.

Whatever you do, you will probably find that your emotional wants and needs are not consistent with those of the people around you. Others may think you are "crazy" (not clinically insane, of course), because of your actions at this time. But this is only a temporary period of instability, during which you will come to a new understanding of your emotional needs.

Uranus trine Neptune: Higher aims

Beginning of May 2013 until beginning of January 2015: This influence will bring idealistic, spiritual and philosophical issues to the fore in your life. You will become concerned with the meaning of the world, and you will find new ways of investigating it.

If you are at all interested in mystical and spiritual ideas, you will be more involved in these studies than ever, and it will be very profitable. You will take up ideas that you had considered too abstract to be of any use, and you will see clearly how you can apply them in your life. This is an excellent time for the study of any metaphysical, occult or spiritual doctrine.

Even if you have never been concerned with these subjects, you will suddenly be interested in aspects of life that you may have considered too idealistic. You may work very hard with others to actualize your beliefs about how the world ought to be. Under this influence you are not likely to sit back and let the world go along as it has. But at the same time you are not doctrinaire; you have great compassion for different points of view and are willing to try to reach an understanding when disagreements arise with others.

You may take a new interest in working with the poor, the sick and the downtrodden to improve their lot in life. You find it difficult to allow suffering in the world about you, even if you have been relatively unconcerned about this in the past.

In general this influence makes you feel that you have experienced some new aspect of truth and that the universe is much more complex and varied than you had previously thought. You want to share these realizations with everyone who comes into your life.

Jupiter opposition Moon: The first move

Beginning of August 2013 until beginning of April 2014: This is a time when feelings and emotions play an important part in your life, and relationships based on feelings and emotions become very important. This influence is usually experienced positively as warm feelings within yourself and from others. You feel emotionally very generous and giving. Relationships are usually quite good and rewarding now, and those that you have been building up for years may begin to produce results. You can now decide clearly which ones are worthwhile and which are not.

But there is a negative side to this influence also. It can make you feel very self-indulgent and undisciplined. You may feel that the world "owes me a living," whether or not you really deserve it. It may also make you feel that others ought to be breaking their back to help you. In personal relationships, you may become very demanding without really offering anything to your partner in return. Instead of reaching out to make things happen in your life, you wait for others to make the first move and become quite angry when people insist that you take some initiative.

Your love relationships and relations with women can be either very good or very bad, probably not anywhere in the middle. It all depends upon your general reaction to this influence. If you are demanding in the manner described above, then your relationships will be bad. But if this influence arouses your feelings of warmth and generosity, they will be quite good. And this is a good way of gauging where you are with this influence, because encounters with others, especially women, will bring out its effects.

End of August 2013 until end of April 2014: At this time you are able to combine breadth of vision with sharp perception and intellect, knowledge of the particular with knowledge of the general, and thereby see the whole scope of anything you are involved in. This reveals itself as foresight and long-range planning ability. This is a good time to map out your future, because you can understand and interrelate all the elements that will affect your life.

At the same time, you feel optimistic and proceed with the belief that everything will come out exactly as you want it to. And it probably will, because you don't get completely carried away with grandiose thinking. This influence usually indicates a good balance between details and generality in your thinking, but there is also a tendency to deemphasize the details and not pay adequate attention to them. If you are not careful, this can result in sloppy or hasty thinking. Be sure to slow down somewhat and do not get carried away with your plans. Otherwise, this is an excellent time to make decisions or to conclude any kind of transaction. It is a superb time to buy or sell, because you will almost certainly be satisfied with the deal.

As your mind tries to expand, you will want to learn more and more. This is a good time for returning to school, but even on a less formal level you will be anxious to learn. You may even travel long distances with this aim in mind. Any dealings with the law should prove to be quite fortunate for you now. You will prepare for such a confrontation skillfully, leaving no loose ends to trip you up.

Communications with others are exceedingly fortunate under this influence. Your optimism and positive state of mind bring you good news from others concerning matters of importance. At the same time, everything that you say to others is very positive and reinforcing, which leaves good feelings behind you wherever you go.

Jupiter conjunction Sun: Exuberant optimism

End of September 2013 until end of May 2014: Traditionally this is considered one of the most marvelous influences, and indeed it is quite good. At the very least, you will feel good at this time. Your health is good, and you feel very optimistic. For a while it may seem that everything is working out perfectly, and if you make an effort, it will. But if you simply sit back and enjoy this time, its beneficent influence will pass away with little to show for it afterward.

This is the beginning of a new twelve-year cycle of growth in your life. It is a time to initiate new projects and expand your activities so that you can experience life from a broader perspective. You may find that you can escape from some narrowing and inhibiting circumstance that has prevented you from realizing your full potential as a human being. Sometimes people travel under this configuration, but usually the traveling is more in the mind.

This is a good time to study a subject that raises your consciousness or expands your view of the world, and it is an excellent time for going back to school. You may also meet new people who expose you to aspects of life that you have never known before. Your freedom will certainly increase.

Even with this influence there are some pitfalls. First of all, your exuberant optimism can cause you to overdo or overreach yourself, so that when this time is over, you find yourself out on the proverbial limb. Exercise a certain amount of restraint and build upon what you have rather than trying to increase your holdings beyond your ability to handle them.
