End of May 2012 until beginning of February 2014: This influence brings about disturbing close encounters with others. Relationships in general will be a significant challenge, and you won't even be able to take the old reliable ones for granted. Other people seem to be trying to disrupt your life and make you uneasy.

Marriage is the most intimate one-to-one encounter, and any hidden tensions, any problems that either of you has been holding back will come out now. Consequently your marriage may go through some rather startling changes. If it has not been working out but you have been holding it together anyway, this influence may very well signify its breakup. Even in a good relationship you may have more arguments and disagreements than usual. This applies as well to two people living together. A business partnership may also be affected in a similar way. Clearly this is a time when you have to do a lot of straightening out.

Other types of confrontations may also be quite disturbing at this time. For example, you may become involved in very disruptive legal disputes. Settle these as quickly as possible, because you will not be able to count on the outcome of any legal confrontation at this time, no matter how good it looks. Be careful of acting in a way that stirs people up against you, for they could become extremely disruptive, if you give them any excuse.

This influence indicates a general reworking of your relationships with others, and you may not always be happy about the outcome. In general, others are resisting your efforts to control the relationship, which you may be doing in spite of your best intentions. But your partner will not ask that the relationship be totally destroyed unless you are so rigid and unwilling to change that there seems no other way out. All your partner wants is to redefine the relationship so that he has a greater say and more room to move. It is possible that these effects may work the other way, that you are the one who is struggling to gain control in a relationship. In either case, the relationship has to express each of you more appropriately than in the past.

Saturn trine Saturn: Inner stability

Mid-November 2012 until beginning of September 2013: At this time you can incorporate into yourself the fruits of previous successes, look them over and appreciate them for what they were. The key idea is that you are in a position to understand your life and therefore better able to be in conscious control of it. This is not merely an intellectual understanding, it is born of experience. You have lived through certain things, and now you can proceed on the basis of that understanding.

Your public and social life will run smoothly at this time. Relationships, which reflect what you are, are also more stable at this time because of your own inner stability.

Your outlook on life has also reached a point of equilibrium. You have a good understanding of how you look at life, and it works well enough that you may not question it very much. The problem is that this is not a time of testing, so you don't know how well your ideas will stand up to future crisis. You only know how well they withstood past tests. But the future is always different, and what happens in the future depends upon what is true at that time. Therefore you must keep your mind open and flexible. You only know what you know, and that is not everything. Continue to examine yourself and see what could be improved. Even if your life is satisfactory now, it may not always be.

Uranus square MC: Sudden rebellion

Mid-May 2013 until end of January 2015: This influence can be either quite disruptive or quite liberating, depending largely upon how you have handled your life prior to this time. It usually indicates a sudden rebellion against restriction and old patterns of behavior that have unnecessarily limited you. The problem is that with this influence many people act compulsively and blindly, without forethought or consideration. If you have toed the mark and lived up to everyone else's expectations for years, during this time you might suddenly kick away the traces. Without any apparent thought for anyone else, you might break away, throwing over all thought of duty or responsibility.

This is admittedly an extreme manifestation of this influence. For you it will probably be milder than this, unless you have consistently denied your own needs and priorities over the last several years. The more you have lived up to others' expectations, the more compulsively you will act under this influence. If you are relatively young at this time, you may have intense disagreements with your parents. Actually, for persons of any age, this influence can cause a sudden disruption through or concerning your parents.

If you are not conscious of any effect, but the hidden tensions are still present in your life, you will experience this influence as disruptions in your public life or at home. These will force you to reconsider your chosen life direction and to make changes that will allow you greater freedom of self-expression. At the time you may not think of this process in these terms, but that is what is happening.

If your life has been running smoothly and you have been able to pursue your valid life goals, this influence will not be severely disruptive. Some adjustments will occur, but mainly you will discover sudden new opportunities for increased freedom. You will be able to do what you want more easily and with less resistance from yourself and from others.

Jupiter opposition Moon: The first move

From 24 May 2013 until 2 June 2013: This is a time when feelings and emotions play an important part in your life, and relationships based on feelings and emotions become very important. This influence is usually experienced positively as warm feelings within yourself and from others. You feel emotionally very generous and giving. Relationships are usually quite good and rewarding now, and those that you have been building up for years may begin to produce results. You can now decide clearly which ones are worthwhile and which are not.

But there is a negative side to this influence also. It can make you feel very self-indulgent and undisciplined. You may feel that the world "owes me a living," whether or not you really deserve it. It may also make you feel that others ought to be breaking their back to help you. In personal relationships, you may become very demanding without really offering anything to your partner in return. Instead of reaching out to make things happen in your life, you wait for others to make the first move and become quite angry when people insist that you take some initiative.

Your love relationships and relations with women can be either very good or very bad, probably not anywhere in the middle. It all depends upon your general reaction to this influence. If you are demanding in the manner described above, then your relationships will be bad. But if this influence arouses your feelings of warmth and generosity, they will be quite good. And this is a good way of gauging where you are with this influence, because encounters with others, especially women, will bring out its effects.

Jupiter square Jupiter: Impending shortages

From 11 June 2013 until 20 June 2013: With this influence it is very important that you keep your affairs from getting out of hand. There is a strong tendency to excess, which may make it impossible to keep up with whatever you are involved in, simply because it is more than you can handle. Be particularly careful concerning financial matters, for you are likely to spend without thinking, confident that there is an abundance of money or other resources to back you up. You may not notice the pinch immediately, but shortly after this period you may experience shortages that will be severely exacerbated if you spend money foolishly now.

But money is not the only area of concern. You may be overcommitted to projects that demand more time than you really have. So in every area of your life, make sure that you really have the time or resources to do what you have set out to do. Do not overestimate the resources at your disposal.

If you avoid that pitfall, this can be a very fruitful influence, because it gives you more confidence and optimism and allows you to undertake projects that you would ordinarily be reluctant to take on. Also your basically positive attitude helps to ensure that your affairs will turn out the way you want.

Under this influence some persons experience a kind of ego inflation in which they have delusions of grandeur or overestimate their self-importance. This can lead to arrogant behavior and inflated pride with little or no real substance behind it.

What this influence does is test your sense of proportion. You have to know what you really can and cannot do and who you really are. Insofar as you fulfill those conditions, this influence will give you apparent luck and greater power to achieve.

Jupiter conjunction MC: A highlight

Mid-August 2013 until mid-April 2014: This is a period of culmination in which you make a greater effort to get where you want to be. And your efforts appear to produce results more easily than at just about any other time. Therefore you feel better about yourself and your life than at other times, and you feel confident that you can handle anything that comes your way.

If you are involved in any kind of business activity, you should be careful not to expand too rapidly or overextend yourself. You might leave yourself vulnerable to the more difficult times that will eventually come. Make sure that all expansion is carefully planned and that you have safeguards against future times of difficulty.

Another negative side of this influence will come up if you do not get the recognition that you feel you deserve. If others do not acknowledge you openly, you may feel cheated and go on to assume the station and privilege that you think you deserve. Even if you are recognized, you may act arrogant and smug.
