End of November 2012 until mid-September 2013: During this time you will be able to withstand great tests of strength if you have to. Your own power and internal strength form a structure that can withstand considerable difficulty. You can work hard and focus tremendous energy on the tasks before you.

Within yourself you have some understanding of the forces that make you an individual. You know exactly what you can demand of yourself, and you push yourself to the limit, but not beyond. Consequently this can be a time of great achievements.

At the same time you will voluntarily restrict the focus of your energies, which makes them even more effective. You understand what area to work on, so your focused energy hits exactly the right target. Fortunately this principle applies to work that you do within yourself as well as in the external world.

In the outer world the manifestations of this influence are many and varied. First, you will probably work harder than you have in many years, and the work will be extremely productive. People will see that your achievements have grown directly out of your inner being, that they are a product of your own growth. In your work, your employers will see that you apply yourself with unusual diligence to the tasks at hand, and they will be favorably impressed. They will recognize that you are someone to be reckoned with. This may well be a time of professional advancement.

Saturn conjunction Neptune: Involuntary detachment

Mid-December 2012 until end of September 2013: During this time you may have to contend with negative moods that can be quite upsetting. This influence often results in confusion, self- doubt, uncertainty and a general tendency to look at life from the worst possible point of view. At its worst, it can make you completely uncertain about what is real in your life, resulting in a sense of fear and free-floating anxiety. However, it is important to remember that this influence usually makes things appear worse than they actually are.

Your confidence and sense of well-being are at a low at this time, and you should not take your own gloomy evaluations too seriously. You seem to be aware of only those facets of life that you are afraid of and totally unaware of those things that can comfort and reinforce you.

Strange as it may seem, there is a constructive side to this period, although most people usually experience the negative side. But if you are very well attuned to your inner needs and secure enough not to be led astray by illusions, even fearful ones, then this influence can give you the ability to make extraordinary self-sacrifices. One effect of this period is to detach you from the material universe. In that case you may become disoriented and afraid, as described already, or you may find that the demands of the material universe no longer concern you particularly, and you can sacrifice your material needs to spiritual needs.

Either way, your perception of reality at this time is quite different from what it normally is, which you should take into consideration when making any plans for the future.

Jupiter sextile Sun: Growth and optimism

From 7 June 2013 until 16 June 2013: This is a time when life seems to flow very easily. With little effort, you are able to move in the direction that you intend, and even your ideals seem to be within reach of fulfillment. It is a period of growth, optimism and taking it easy. In many respects this is a good time to sit back and take a long look at how well your life is working out.

Because you feel vigorous and energetic, this is an excellent time to advance your interests in almost any area, although that impetus may be lacking.

Relationships with others are usually quite good now, and you enjoy being with friends. This influence often indicates good times, as your enthusiasm for life bubbles over and affects everyone around you.

This is also a good time for making plans, for you are inclined to "think big," which is a general function of your optimism. While you can overdo this tendency, you will probably be alert to opportunities that you would normally overlook or be afraid to take.

You feel generous and tolerant, and not easily bothered when something goes wrong in your world. You recognize that there is plenty of time to correct the problem, so you don't get upset. You aren't annoyed by persons who usually irritate you, and you may even feel like patching up relationships that have gone bad or become difficult.

Jupiter square Mars: Insight and skill

From 30 June 2013 until 8 July 2013: This influence gives you a great deal of confidence and makes you feel very self-assertive. Usually this is all right, but some people will express this energy by becoming arrogant and domineering. Also be wary of overconfidence, resulting in attempts to do things that are simply beyond you.

Intemperance in almost any activity could completely undo the basically positive nature of this influence. Avoid exaggeration and try to maintain some sense of proportion. If you can do all of this, you will be able to get more work done than usual, and you will do it well. You will be able to accomplish things that you are usually afraid to tackle because you feel inadequate, and you can take the initiative when you would otherwise wait for others to take the lead.

With care and planning and adequate restraint, this influence is a general sign of fortunately timed action that takes advantage of the proper moment and makes the most of it. And this is not luck on your part, but insight and skill. All of this requires preparation, however, because impulsive actions at this time are not likely to be very effective.

It may be particularly important to placate persons in authority over you. If you act precipitately, they may become alarmed and think of you as a threat, whether or not you intend to be. Of course, if you do consciously intend to be a threat, this influence could be a help, assuming again that you have planned carefully. But if you are not conscious of your intentions, you may experience opposition from your superiors without ever quite understanding why.

Jupiter trine Neptune: Direct inquiry

From 31 July 2013 until 10 August 2013: This influence stimulates the idealistic and possibly the spiritual side of your personality. You seek out the more subtle manifestations of truth and are unusually inclined to inquire directly into the secrets of life. Religious, spiritual, and mystical subjects attract you, and studying them could indeed bring much needed insight into your life. It is quite possible that this influence will signify someone coming into your life who will act as a teacher or guide in your quest for meaning. It is also possible that you will play this role for someone else. The only recommendation is to be careful not to overidealize such a person and not to allow yourself to be overidealized, for this could lead to disappointment later on. In spite of this problem, the chances are that everything will work out very favorably in the long run.

In a related way, this influence arouses the humanitarian side of your personality. You have great compassion for the sufferings of others and want very much to do something about them. You may become involved in charitable work for others, either on the personal or on the institutional level. And if you need help from someone, you will probably get it.

About the only negative side of this influence is that you may get into such a pleasant dreamy state that you have little ambition or desire to achieve anything of significance. This influence does not make you inclined to fulfill ego drives, and you may notice a slackening of this drive in your own life. By the same token it can lure you into feeling that everything is just fine, even when you really have to do certain things or face serious problems.

The desire to gamble or speculate is another aspect of this influence. As long as you realize that it is possible to lose and that you must use some planning and foresight, it should be all right. But don't let a feeling of overconfidence and the desire to take unnecessary risks get you into a losing situation.

End of September 2013 until end of May 2014: This influence helps to smooth over all difficulties in your relationships, as well as to promote friendship and give you a strong desire for happy and peaceful times. You enjoy being with and talking with friends and will probably attend or hold several social gatherings during this time. You may also be the center of attention for some reason, and you will enjoy basking in the limelight.

This influence occasionally will bring a new love interest into your life. If it does, and other factors are equal, the relationship should prove to be an unusually successful one in which you both grow a great deal and in which there is an excellent balance between love and freedom. Such a relationship will be devoid of jealousy or pettiness to an unusual extent.

The same energy affects existing relationships, so that you are able to relate to loved ones with great ease. Because you are concerned with the larger issues in your relationship, you are not about to cause trouble over any problem that is not extremely important. And such a problem is not likely to surface during this time.

At this time also your taste is likely to become more elegant, and you may be tempted to buy something that is very expensive or fancy. At the worst it might even be gaudy or tasteless. In fact one of the few real dangers to watch out for under this influence is the tendency to waste or squander money or other resources.
