Biography
American politician, Pete Wilson's Chief of Staff, a top aide since 1968 when Wilson won election to State Assembly. He had built up a reputation for efficiency and loyalty, guarding Wilson's interests. Dapper, gregarious, at ease socially, he also has a legendary temper and has been called The White Tornado by his staff.
The son of a local building contractor, White graduated San Diego State with a degree in journalism.
