Biography
Canadian actor, very popular in Canada for his appearances in many TV programs. His work includes "King of Kensington" and "Cagney and Lacey," in which he played the boss, Lt. Bert Samuels.
Waxman died during heart surgery on 1/17/2001, Toronto, Ontario. He would be seen later that year in his last role, that of Louis B. Mayer in the television biopic of Judy Garland entitled, "Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows."
