Biography

American Osteopath with an expensive practice and an elegant condominium in West Hollywood. On 4/02/1982, he was arrested for the theft of some $1 million worth of artwork stolen from major museums and public galleries in Los Angeles, New York and Palm Beach, FL. Some of the pieces had been missing for as long as seven years, a hundred paintings and sculptures in all. Waxman had kept them all as personal decor in his home.
