Biography
Canadian actor, very popular in Canada for his appearances in many TV programs. His work includes "King of Kensington" and "Cagney and Lacey," in which he played the boss, Lt. Bert Samuels.
Waxman died during heart surgery on 1/17/2001, Toronto, Ontario. He will be seen this year as Louis B. Mayer in the Judy Garland biopic.
