Biography

American economist and CEO of DQE, a hometown utilities company that is diversifying by selling electricity to surrounding states. Von Schack has an AB and MBA in Economics and received his Ph.D. from Pace University in 1990. He was honored in 1989 by the NAACP for affirmative-action leadership.
