Biography

American stage, screen and TV actor who is best known for the TV series, "Eight Is Enough," 1977-1981. The show was canceled abruptly, however, to make room for more action shows. He continued with occasional acting jobs and commercials, though, having a comfortable living. His career originally began in 1935, when he made his Broadway debut at the age of seven.
