Biography
French attorney and magistrate. A Director of studies, he was assistant director of the National School of Magistrature in 1977, Prosecuting attorney in Douai, 1977-78, and in Grenoble, 1978-82. Truche was State Prosecutor in Marseille, 1982, Public Prosecutor in Lyon, 1984, Public Prosecutor at the Paris Appeal Court, 1988and President of the Cassation Court, 7/09/1996.
Truche married Huguette Araud on 12/22/1951.
