Biography
American CEO of Citizens Utilities, previously CEO of Century Communications. An ex-economics professor who launched a cable-TV company from his dining room table, Tow has his AB and MA degrees in Economics from Brooklyn and his Ph.D. from Columbia. Shrewd managing at Century Communications allowed Tow to purchase shares form retired boss, Richard Rosenthal of Citizens Utilities. Analysts speculate that he'll run the show at this profitable electric-gas-water-sewer-phone-cellular utilities conglomerate. For enjoyment, Tow is a fan of theater, classical music and Art Nouveau.
