Biography
Norwegian terrorist attack, a bomb blast at a government building in which the Prime Minister has his office. He was not hurt but eight people were killed in the blast and dozens more were injured. Anders Behring Breivik, an ultra-right-wing extremist, was arrested shortly after a massacre at Utoeya Island (viz. "Shooting Spree, Utoeya Island") and confessed to both crimes.
