Biography
British alleged terrorist. The son of Pakistani immigrants to England, Tanweer is thought by Scotland Yard to be one of the Islamic terrorists who detonated a bomb on the London underground on July 7, 2005, killing himself and 70 other people.
Tanweer attended college in London but left in 2004 for a trip to Pakistan to pursue his Islamic studies. At university he studied sports, loved and played cricket and had wanted a career in sports.
