Both the coordinates and the calculation are incorrect. The correct coordinates for Sotto Il Monte are: 45n42' 9e30. I checked also Google Earth. On his BC the time is 10.15 which is equal to 9.25 UT, so the Asc is 8Cap25, which I rectified to 9.37.20 UT Asc 11Cap34'.
