I'm doing retification on OBL's chart. I think that he had Pluto transiting his MC during the period of 9-11 in 2001 and his threat to bankrupt America in 2004 (that he would believe came true as an act of God)
I'm certian of his March 10, 1957 birth and this data would put his birth time at about 6am. This is from a hunch to put an outer planet transiting his MC because of his prediction about the fall of the global economy that almost happened.
