Marie Bashkirtseff's Wikipedia biography now indicates that her true birthdate was November 23, 1858 (New Style/Gregorian Calendar). It says that her mother altered Marie's published diary, but that the true birthdate appears in Marie's original diary, which was recently discovered. John Halloran 07:41, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
