Biography
American game show contestant who was runner-up to the winner of "The Bachelor," Amanda Marsh. Trista is a former pediatric therapist and courtside dancer with NBA’s "Miami Heat." After her game show disappointment, she picked herself up and moved on to the debut of "The Bachelorette," 1/08/2003 on NBC.
Trista grew up as an only child in St. Louis, MO. In June 2002, she relocated to a one-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles and has appeared on the ABC sitcom "According to Jim" and has sung on a Christmas special. Actually, acting is not her primary goal as her interest leans more to the production end of show business; casting, public relations, hosting. In the third installment of "The Bachelor," Trista proposed to hunky firefighter Ryan Sutter, 28, and he accepted. They plan to live in Brentwood, CA to be on site for the film community.
After months of media attention, and a mini series on TV covering all the wedding preparation details ad infinitum, the Bachelorette married her bachelor, Ryan Sutter, in a lavish, $4 million wedding on December 6, 2003 in Palm Springs Valley, CA with 17.1 million TV viewers.
After a struggle to conceive, she and her husband welcomed their first child four weeks prematurely. Their son named Maxwell Alston Sutter arrived on July 26, 2007 in Vail, CO. Their second child, a daughter named Blakesley Grace Sutter, was born on April 3, 2009 at 1:23 PM in Colorado (city not given; Vail presumed)..
