Biography
American attorney and homicide victim, shot in the back of the head allegedly during a robbery 10/23/1989 20:35, Boston. She married Charles in 1985 where they met while she worked as a waitress putting herself through law school and he was employed as a cook. After graduating from Boston College and cum laude from Suffolk Law School, she was an attorney for a publishing company.
They were expecting their first baby around Christmas. Leaving the hospital birthing class, they were held up in their car two blocks away by a black man that shot Carol in the back of the head and shot Charles in the stomach. Both of them taken to the emergency room where they took the baby by C-section and declared Carol dead at 3:00 AM, 10/24/1989.
Later evidence was presented that the shooting was done by husband, Charles and rather than face charges, he committed suicide 1/04/1990.
