Biography
British homicide victim. William Hepper, a neighbor and family friend, took his daughter and her friend Margaret on a holiday to Hove. When they did not return, her mother went to Hove where she found the 13-year-old girl strangled to death in her bed on 2/05/1954. Hepper was found guilty of murder and given the death penalty.
