Biography

American film director and producer. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, Spangler worked on films such as "The Last Rebel," "The Legend of Nigger Charley," and "The Life and Times of Xaviera Hollander." His last film, in 1984, was "The Bear." By 2000, he held the position of director of multimedia at LaserPacific.
