Biography
American merchandise marketer, engineer and CEO of Gibson Greetings, a gift wrap and greetings card manufacturer. After writing off the bankrupt Ames Department Stores, his company is still showing better than average profits. Scottile has a BS in Engineering and Naval Sciences, graduating from the Naval Academy in 1961. A rousing speaker, he is noted for getting his message across.
