Biography

American pedophile, sentenced to 18-20 years in prison on 9/15/1992 for sexually assaulting two little girls. One of the children was nine months old and the other 3 1/2 years old. When arrested, police found thousands of dollars of office equipment, children's play equipment, toys and books, as well as 46 nude photos including two that showed an adult nude male having sex with kids.

A maintenance man for many child care centers in eastern Massachusetts, Shell pleaded guilty to 35 charges. At the time of the sentence, he had already been in jail from December 1990. He is eligible for parole in 2004.
