Biography
French Jewish-born author, a pioneer in rational and statistical research, founder of the short-lived magazine "Le Déterminisme Astral," 1904-1905. Selva published an adaptation of Morin de Villefranche's "La théorie des déterminations astrologiques," 1902;1976;1981 and "La domification ou construction du thème céleste en astrologie," 1917, which studies several house systems. His main work remains the "Traité théorique et pratique d'astrologie généthliaque,"1900.
Selva is a pen name. His real name was Arthur Herrmann Vlès. He hied in 1944 in Paris.
