Biography
American artist whose drawings were published from 1935 and who held noted art exhibits from 1950. During military service in World War II, he was a prisoner of war in Japanese camps from February 1942 to August 1945.
The cartoonist/caricaturist died in his sleep at his Draguignan, France home on December 30, 2011.
