Biography
German singer, an operatic baritone whose voice had a beautiful timbre which was greatly admired in Verdi roles. He studied in Frankfurt and Berlin with a debut in "Lohengrin," 1915, in Hamburg. He also had one American performance in Chicago, 1927-1928.
Schlusnus died 6/18/1952 in Frankfurt, Germany.
