Biography
Austrian noted family, the daughter of Renata and Erik Schinegger. Her dad had been champion female skier before undergoing a sex conversion operation in 1968 at the age of 19. (Erik had been born an intersexual--with male genitals inside a female body requiring surgery to release them.)
