Biography

American actor most noted for his role on the TV series "WKRP in Cincinnati." Mainly working his new career in soaps, he made appearances on "As The World Turns," "Somerset" and "The Secret Storm." Portrayed first as the seducer, he then slipped into the role as the sexually exploited man on the soap spoof "All That Glitters" in 1977. He has made a few guest appearances on prime time TV shows such as "Starsky and Hutch" and "Barnaby Jones."

Sandy had a passionate affair with co-star Loni Anderson in 1981.
