Biography
Portuguese politician, the finance minister in General Carmona's regime 4/27/1928. As premier, he assumed control as dictator of Portugal 7/05/1932.
Salazar became comatose on 9/16/1968 and due to his illness, retired 11 days later. He died on 7/27/1970, Lisbon, Portugal.
