Biography
American athlete and Olympian gymnast, she led her gymnastics team to a silver medal in the 2008 Beijing summer Olympics.
The daughter of an orthodontist and a salon owner, she became interested in gymnastics at a young age. She began dancing at age three and gymnastics at age eight. In 2003 she joined the US National Team. Between 2005-2008, she won two World Championship titles and seven World Championship medals with the U.S. team.
She is a student at Brown University in Providence, RI.
