Biography
American member of noted family, his dad was well-known news personality, Tim Russert. Luke is the only child and shortly after his dad's sudden death in 2008, Luke delivered an eloquent eulogy much praised for his aplomb under great sadness. Luke was then hired by MSNBC, the same station his dad worked for, for special news assignments geared toward increasing viewership among the younger generation, particularly during the 2008 political campaign.
