Biography

Italian rower, the winner of a Bronze Medal at the Barcelona Olympics 1992 for the 1,500 m. Kayak event. At the Atlanta Olympics, he was a Gold Medal in the 1,500 m. Kayak race on 8/04/1996 after winning a Gold Medal in the two-man Kayak 1,000 m. with D. Scarpa the prior day, the only Italian athlete to win two gold medals at the Atlanta games.

He was the winner of a Gold Medal for the Kayak on 9/21/2000, Sydney, Australia.
