Biography
Belgian chef, renowned in his field. Romeyer began his culinary career in 1945. In 1967, he opened "Maison de Bouche" in Hoeilaart and was awarded three Michelin stars. In 1986, Romeyer established "Euro-Toques," an organization established to protect the culinary dishes and traditions of Europe. He retired on 3/31/1994.
