Biography
American homicide victim, killed on 4/14/1989 by Ramon Salcido, her brother-in-law. Her sister Angela had married Ramon in December 1984 and they had three daughters.
On a rampage, he killed his little girls then went to the Richards home. His mother-in-law, Louise, had always been an enemy. He shot and killed her and her two daughters, Maria and Ruth.
Ramon then drove to the home of a co-worker with whom he had a grudge, Kenneth Butti, and shot him in the shoulder at 8:18 AM. He shot at Butti's wife, but the gun mis-fired. He drove to the Winery where he shot Tracy Toovey, an assistant vintner, in his car in the winery driveway. He then went home and shot Angela, time unknown.
