Biography
American homicide victim, killed on 4/14/1989 by Ramon Salcido, her brother-in-law. Her sister Angela had married Ramon in December 1984 and they had three daughters. On a rampage, he killed his little girls then went to the Richards home. His mother-in-law, Louise, had always been an enemy. He shot and killed her and her two daughters, Maria and Ruth.
