Source Notes
Jerry De Gattis quotes personal correspondence with him, a fellow chess player, "He wrote to me in early March 1992, saying that his time of birth was in the early hours of the afternoon, and that Ozarkow is a small village about two kl. from Lodz, Poland."
(Church of Light quoted Practical Astrology 2/1927 for May 26, 1912, 23:59 MET for Samuel Rzeshewski, Ozorkow, Poland; apparently the same person but source unknown for the date or time.)
