American dwarf twins born to dwarf parents. The birth was estimated as a first-time occurrence as dwarfs usually have normal size babies. They were delivered two weeks short of full term at 8:20 AM and 8:26 AM. Their mom is 4 feet and 3 inches tall and their dad is 4 feet and 6 inches tall; they both had parents of normal size.
