Biography

American occupational therapist with Los Angeles County.

On 12/18/1965 she fell while helping a patient. She returned to work, but suffered further injury. On 2/13/1967 she collapsed, preventing her from working any longer. For years she suffered from both health problems and legal problems with compensation.

On 10/08/1972 she fell in her apartment and hit her head. Believing the accident was in some way the apartment owners fault, she sued them to recover damages.
